The Purpose of the North River Soccer Association (NRSA) is to promote and foster the game of soccer in the Chattanooga metropolitan area and the surrounding communities. NRSA's programs will develop the mind, body, and spirit of all participants. NRSA will carry out its purpose by providing recreational and competitive soccer for all players at every level based on a player development program that includes opportunities for playing, coaching, refereeing, and volunteering.
